Did anyone see Romney on the tonight show
last night? Pretty impressive fellow, in terms of charisma and intelligence. I don't know nearly enough about him, politically, though.
This next presidential election will be interesting to me personally, since it will be the first time ever that my vote will not be largely conditioned by party affiliation (I've always voted republican so far, but consider myself independent at this point). Knowing the possibilities, it's going to be wide open for me. I guess its time to actually get to know the candidates well for a change. |

I thought he did well, although voluntarily bringing up the priesthood was kind of an odd strategy.
I thought DL Hughley afterward was pretty tasteless, but hilarious. |

Yeah, that was interesting. The crowd responded extremely well to him though, all along the way. For me it was the first glimpse into his strong appeal as a candidate for the republican party, even despite the religious issue.

That works equally well for Mormons and Evangelicals.
