What I learned today about the Church
That the church is racist and needs to incorporate a religious form of Affirmative Action to appease the Mormon Democrats.
End of lesson.

I learned that the Church is perfect and has no evolution left to do.

I learned we should all exercise blind faith, because all leaders are perfect. No changes will ever occur and there is no need to study anythiing other than the repeating curriculum. The KJV is the inerrant word of God.

I learned that the bathrooms at the ward house are cleaner than at a convenience store.

That's a stereotype. While convenience store restrooms may carry the stale remnants of meth addicts and drunks, I've been in church restrooms that have had the stench of week-old dirty diapers. It's just kind of unfair that you categorize like that.

Have you ever wondered where the convenience store employees go to the bathroom? It can't possibly be at the convenience store.

a. there is no value in diversity b. leaders/managers don't need any nudging to promote diversity I think those are both really bad assumptions. I think it's a very good thing to ask for diversity in church leadership. And for church leaders to look at some statistics and acknowledge the issue. I also think they probably do, and that they will continue down the path they are on to diversify. Maybe not as fast as we like, but progress in the church is slow on a lot of factors. |

The drinking fountains at church are ALWAYS amazing. Why is that?
