Wow.
A 48 page fact section? Guess you're not going for terse.
I was looking over a Verizon yellow pages contract the other day. About five pages front and back in teeny tiny print. As I was looking at it I was trying to decide whether, in all its many iterations over the years, whether what I was holding cost Verzion more than 100k in attorneys fees. My guess was much more. I always like to get a pleading from an adversary that has the appearance of a lot of work going into it. This because it tells me that I am succeeding in my goal of making them spend. Its particularly nice when its unncessary. Just curious, why so many facts? Who is your audience?
