i stayed at the utah game until half.....

got to the byu game at the start of the 2nd quarter....

a few observations if i may.

a. res is such a better stadium as far as atmosphere is concerned. the seats are on top of the field, i love the enclosed north end, the red seats are great, the muss is actually a good group of students. its just a better venue.

b. i was on the sideline for a large portion of the time i was at the game and ill tell you one thing. brian johnson is an 18 year old kid. if you watch him up close and on the sideline he acts like an 18 year old kid. he doesnt have a commanding presence on the sidelines. they are losing in the first half and im watching johnson after a series and he is playing with his belt on his pants. i thought to myself, he looks like the hot chick you are on a date with who is absolutely beautiful but cant stop twirling her hair because she is way immature. in all the games ive been to i have not seen him one time be a leader on the sidelines in times of adversity. i think he is 10 times better than beck but think his age is a bit of a problem. i think he will be great next year.

c. les sucks because of the legacy seating.

d. byu will get slaughtered by nd and will lose at least one more game before the utah contest.
