It's only 10:00 pm eastern and CNN is already reproting something like this? Either those 4 states (which states? CNN forgot to mention which) either have amazingly efficient methods to tally votes or CNN is being it's usually idiotic election day self and reporting what it hopes has happened.

Notice you are posting this almost 2 hours after I posted. That would make it a bit more accurate than just two hours after the poll closes.

I'm in mourning for the f...ing lousy judges that now will be appointed.

Now I will have more taxes I can't pay.

I wil probably expand my international practice to find more business friendly nations for which my industrial clients can locate. Of course, some were already heading to India and China. Now they should stay there.

Of course, in chaos there is always opportunity. So how to make a buck out of a bad situation.

When regulations are on the horizon, increased taxes where to bury one's sheckles. I see maybe tax free municipals may be taking a rebound. Must talk to broker.

The appointment of their judges is what concerns me the most because they'd be around for a long time. I tend to like judges to enforce law, not make it up as they go along.

On a side note, I am happy that SL County has a new Sherrif as he is Democrat only because Kennard is a Republican.

Good that we got Alito and Roberts now, as the next appointment is likely to be a horrible, no opinion, weak-kneed Souter type judge. Man is he an abortion. As is that Clinto appointee, taking international law as a basis for our constitutional law. Yikes. Ginsburg go to hell.

No worries. I just thought it was pretty stupid for those folks there to be gleefully reporting the results before they were more official.

Now that most of the vote tallying has taken place, it would seem that the Dems got what they wanted. It's now their turn to screw us. When we're all paying higher taxes, I hope folks remember that they voted them in.
