What if we're to blame?
What if the failures of government have more than anything to do with the contradictory and wildly unrealistic preferences of the public? Robert Samuelson makes a very persuasive case for this. Well worth the read.

When I say failures I am talking about the perception among some of failure. Then again, what other definition is there?
