Is war on terror victory ours to lose?
This week's Atlantic Monthly cover story makes the case that Al Queda has been denuded with respect to executing successful terrorist operations against Western democracies, citing relative quiet since 9/11/01, and that the US can only lose the war on terror through acting impetuously in respose to provocation, as by stupidly becoming mired in foreign entanglements.
Thoughts?

Perhaps and this poster lacks sufficient info to dispute or confirm.
What about Hezbollah and Iran? What about Hamas? What about North Korea? It may make sense.
