Default With Neva and FSU joining the MWC

I am even less inclined to want to stay in the MWC.

An 11 team conference full of dreck.

You would have BYU, Boise State, and TCU.

Then FSU, Nevada, Air Force, CSU, Wyoming, UNLV, SDSU, New Mexico.

That kind of schedule depresses me.

Time to get out. Who wants to share that crappy MTN payout with another group of crappy teams?

From Andy Katz Twitter:

Interesting nugget: Benson said both schools failed to meet July 1 deadline to leave by 2011, meaning would have to stay two years in WAC

Benson says WAC legal counsel expects within 60 days $5 million payment from each Nevada and Fresno State.

NCAA: WAC can have 6 members to receive the automatic berth to the tournament in 2012 and '13, just needs to add a 7th for AQ in '14.

I see no positives by staying in the MWC.
