by agreeing to scheduling the silly Utah game two years in a row in SLC.
http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=11962183&hl=0 If he does betray BYU, he should be hoisted upon his own petard. I'm smelling a screw job, trusting Utah in the morning. Tom, don't do it. The Utah game isn't worth any accommodation, especially NOT to out of state BYU fans. If it's convenient to BYU, play Utah, but if not, schedule somebody else.

If he pulls that crap, I will support him being fired. Not that anyone cares what I think.

We can start FireTomHolmoe.com if he betrays BYU by making that concession.

BYU being left in the MWC is a fail in itself.
He could be fired for that alone. One does not get the impression he is some proactive mastermind. |

He leaves behind wreckage in his wake.
Cal was a disaster after his tenure there. Holmoe is friendly enough but geeze he seems so passive about his job. Rondo and Tuckett have been my favorites. Utah beating BYU to a BCS conference speaks to his abilities. Dr. Hill wastes him every time. I think his lightening in a bottle will be to make BYU a football independent, with other sports being cast into the pit of hell which is the WAC. That will be his brilliant move, sliding BYU toward USU irrelevance.

Two years in a row in SLC would be a move of desperation. Don't know why BYU would NEED Utah on the schedule so bad that 2 years in a row there would happen, even if BYU is independent.

Rumor abound that BYU wants to be a football independant, and return to the WAC in other sports.
Not trolling. |

Would Holmoe be betraying BYU if BYU played in SLC 2 years, but then Utah came to LES 2 years in a row and then back to home and home? Independence would make this possible.

The SL Trib now says it's a done deal: BYU back to the WAC?
I seriously feel for you fans. No smack talk; that really sucks. Who is paying Holmoe under the table, really? |
