This is devastating for Houston. Losing a giant averaging a double-double in the midst of a 12-game streak. Looks like Denver or Portland will take their spot in the playoffs.

Do you think this has nayhting to do with him wanting to avoid any probelms for the summer olympics?

Actually they said that the injury may not let him play in the olympics either. China will go crazy if he doesn't.
