But it seems part of the problem is that he hasn't been available for testing when required by his Danish Cycling organization. There's no way to know if he was clean or not during those times he basically went missing. In a sport where there's so much trouble, why would he even allow himself to be in this position?

I agree. it was stupid.
But they shouldn't suspend if he is testing clean right now.
