You were not this excited after beating NIU, nor after beating Washington.

The weird thing is that you are so excited now that we beat a UCLA team that was decimated by injuries and missing most of its key starters. Check out UCLA's rankings after Saturday and tell me why you are so excited that we beat them:

119th in rushing offense. ave .81 ypc
111th in total offense 263 ypg
110th in scoring offense 13 ppg
95th in rushing defense.
110th in scoring defense 42.3 ppg
99th in pass defense 263.3 ypg
102nd in total defense 443.5
115th in turnover margin -2.50
112th in sacks

One game at a time, amigo. One game at a time.
UCLA has played two games.

Next time you misquote me, do so accurately.

I was out of town after the UW win, and did not witness the game.

The team went through the motions in the NIU game, but Max Hall played well.

I am comfortable with this team, not because of UCLA, but because the offense is relatively smooth and the defense is reasonable. It is a very good BYU team.

Again, coming from a Trojan, who never attended USC, this is quite a treat. Speak of bandwagoning, Pot meet Kettle.

Next time you adopt a team, I suppose you'll select Dream Team I against Angola in US basketball.

So you think the two games are sufficient data to determine how good UCLA is?

Technically, BYU is the team I adopted, through baptism, into the bloodline of Abraham.

It figures you were not at the UW game. Are you going up this weekend to the Wyoming game?

Given the depth of their injuries, I would say that this season is pretty much over for them.

Do you think they will drastically improve?

Fair.

But I dont think that after this week against U of A, UCLA's rankings will move much. And at that point they will have 3 games under their belts.

Yes I don't just sit on my ass on the weekend, I often race and put some heart and soul into something. On the UW weekend, I raced 206 miles and broke my axle.

This weekend I will be racing and watching my kids compete. When do you get off your fat ass and do something?

So in other words, you won't be going to many games, if any at all.

Props for going to the Vegas Bowl, that one requires little effort since it is about 10 minutes from your house.

If only BYU had more true blue fans like you!
