Often they are... but I don't think so in Santos case.

I know the Fowler family pretty well. He was quite the athlete in high school and was an outstanding student (straight A's, AP classes, etc.). AFA and DeBerry pulled out all stops in recruiting him. They said he would be groomed to be the starting QB. BYU did not recruit him as heavily and wanted him to play defense. In the end, he went with his heart and picked BYU.

LOL....George was a track star in High School.

Yunit knows exactly what he's doing in deliberately trying to get the kind of reactions he is.

Also of all the safeties on the squad right now Fowler is by far the most athletic of the bunch. He'll hand that title over when Jordan Pendleton signs on the dotted line tomorrow, but I digress.

Are these the same Fowlers that have FB season tickets next to me (Barbara Fowler, mother of Blaine)? They always razz me about not cheering loud enough/being more vocal but are good-natured about it.

Yep. Kirk and Barbara are Kellen's grandparents. He is Blaine's son.

Here is a pretty good bio:

Wouldn't surprise me. Kirk and Barbara do a lot of volunteer work for the athletic dept.

I think I know Kirk then.

He would always harass me when I was trying to do my job. I'm sure he's a nice guy, as it takes a lot to be able to volunteer time like that... but he kinda bugged me and I always tried to avoid him if I could.

Now, guys like Tim, they let me do my work and I had no problem with them. Although Tim always looked like he was trying to be a bit of a hard ass.... and I don't mean that in a terrible way, that's what they need to keep irritating punks away from practice.

We are either talking about different guys or you have misjudged him. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in your life. Salt of the earth.
