Utah wasn't a good match up but a freshman QB with two or three games experience came up just short.

The Beavers have a senior QB.

It's an interesting matchup. Haven't watched OSU this year, but given that they squeaked out a win against UNLV, can't be that much of a shocker for BYU to win.

I may actually watch it.

Mark Schlabach has ranked this year's Las Vegas Bowl as the 7th best matchup.

The Pointsettia bowl comes in at #14.

FYI, many bowls after Dec. 22 are ranked below #7.

It's sad that Utah doesn't get the respect it deserves after winning two BCS games in recent years.
