It is kind of nice to see the process trying to clean up it's own mess. Morgan Stanley is raising 9-10 billion on its own. JPMorgan taking over WaMu. Goldman Sachs gets a 5 Billion influx from Buffett. I am sure some liquidity is going to be needed from the Gov. but it seems like there is time now to get this right rather than just rush this through.
