CNN is worthless.

BBC actually has news.

I like the way they kept posting on the bottom of the screen "Fact: If elected, McCain will be the oldest President every elected to a first term."

Palin calling out the elitist media last night was my favorite part of her talk and should play well around the country. It is so blatant and people are sick of it. There is nothing wrong with "ordinary" people running for elected office. I think most Americans subscribe to the theory that they would rather be governed by the people on a random page out of the phonebook than the faculty at Harvard. (I forget who said that originally).

If the MSM's behavior is going to backfire, why are conservatives so indignant? I mean, isn't this a prime advantage?

Seriously, the mock indignation on Palin's behalf is disingenuous, but it's also smart politics. Just heard the GOP governor of Hawai'i go on a big rant about how cruel it is that people are wondering if Palin should be at home with all the challenges her family faces.

LOL. Most diehard Republican Mormons are asking the same question, looking to their leadership for their cues.

We'll know if the the McCain campaign goes over the line if we hear Palin, voice cracking, say something like "I will NOT sit by and let my young baby with Downe syndrome be attacked!"

Do you have empirical evidence of this?
