I'm still waiting for a defense of that statement, or a rebuttal to my response.

I don't think Pelagius is an apologist per se, but I do think if anyone here could write a much better defense of Prop 8, it would be him.

I'm still waiting. I would appreciate even a link to someone's thoughtful analysis in defense of the church's statement. I even wandered over to FAIR/Mormon apologetics, which I almost never do.

Mike, do you truly believe that your 'response' to the church's statement was so devastating that no one is able to respond? Are you ractually that impressed with your own work?
