Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.

It does however happen to people who were once members of the church, as there was this whole Diane Sawyer expose' that was done about young women involved in the industry and she interivewed a very popular skank who was the daughter of a one time Bishop. They even interviewed the mother and sister just to show how sad the family was that she had thrown her life away.

The poor was all strung out on , completely used up, but she claimed that she was completely happy. She even told about all of the great people she met in the "industry" LOL
Was she the one of the stray sheep referenced in the other thread?

per this article, she was born in 1981 and dropped out of HS when she was 15 (approx 1996).

It was claimed here that she was an FHE sister at BYU.

Also, per the link to IMDB, she was doing her first movies in 2000.

That is a 4 year window between 1996 to 2000 in which she needs to not only get her act somewhat together, but earn her GED, move down to Provo and attend BYU/UVSC and go to FHE, then fall completely away and move to LA to start doing .

This particular link to a blog called BYU Law Blog cites and article that says Belladonna got into when she was 18....meaning that the window for lal of this would be only 3 years.

http://209.85.215.104/search?q=cache...lnk&cd=1&gl=us

Verdict to claims that she was in someone's BYU FHE group: lie.

Penalty!

Proceed.
I wasn't referring to her but another young lady, who is a three or four years younger.

Cool

I'm sure that many of you know the story of why only Mormon actors with Temple recommends are now allowed to be in LDS films. If you don't, it's because the lead actress in the ol' crossing the plains film (Legacy) shown in Salt Lake posed for Playboy a little while later. It was very embarrassing for the Church.

Based on this from IMDB:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099996/

The lead acress' name is Kathleen Beller, and the Legacy movie was created in the year 1990. I Googled "Kathleen Bellar Playboy" and found this site that says her Playboy pictoral was in the July 1983 issue:

http://www.celebarazzi.com/celeb.php/4485/

So it seems she appeared in Playboy seven years before Legacy, not after.
