Default Lawmakers sue BCS?

I heard a snippet on the radio on my way in about 'four lawmakers sue the BCS'. I didn't hear any specifics, and can't find anything on the net.

Anyone have any information on it?

this isn't suing. It's a few members of congress wanting a resolution passed that would ask the Justice Dept. to investigate. Too many things would have to fall together for any legal action to be taken against the BCS.

You're correct - what I heard on the radio (note that that's different than what they SAID) was incorrect.

The Justice Dept. is about the only body that can do anything to try to shut down the BCS. The non-BCS schools can't or won't do anything now because they've alreaady agreed to the current deal. And if those schools aren't complaining anymore, it's unlikely any court will do anything even if the Justice Dept. sues.
