Should I vote today?
I was talking to my dad, who has participated in state convention(s) in the past and is a poll worker this year, that I was thinking I might not vote in the primary.
So he tells me that I should vote and it is my duty. I had asked him who he thought he would vote for, and he said Romney. "So you want to make a meaningless vote for a guy who has given up his delegates, and you are telling me it is important for me to vote?" So eventually he decided he would vote for McCain, in order to not be meaningless. If I vote in the GOP primary, I would vote for McCain. If I vote in the dem primary, I would probably vote for Obama, because I don't like the Clintons. But the idea of voting in the dem primary to "throw" the election doesn't appeal to me much. I still haven't decided if I'm going to vote. |

Don't waste your time. The candidates are so similar that electing any of them is the same as electing any other.

I agree this is dumb. But do you really think this is dumber than Lingo's comment earlier today that blacks should be grateful that whites rescued rescued them from Africa and brought them to this great white-made country with all its white-made advantages?

Shouldn't Republicans want Hillary to win the primaries in Texas and Ohio to incite civil war and chaos in the democratic party?

Mike: I don't think you should vote if you don't want to. Flash takes a similarly utilitarian view and never votes in the prez races. Says there's no point in a state where the politics are redder than our football team. |

That's what I'm doing today. I want that series to go seven games. Even if it means I have to do the unthinkable and vote for Hillary Clinton.
