Default Tonight I am without my precious iMac G5

She decided a couple weeks ago that she would shut off at random times. I gave her a few weeks to get her act together, but she refused to cooperate, so I took her into MacDocs for some therapy. Luckily she is still under warranty, otherwise I would've been forced to ask her the same question I wanted to ask that badger I ran over near Tonopah in February: Why do you hurt me (really: my wallet) so?

I have a Windows-based laptop. This was my iMac G5 desktop. Featuring Mac OS X, the best operating system to ever grace our planet. I have both Windows and Mac desktops as well as a Windows-based laptop. I wish I had a Mac laptop. Too expensive, though. This Windows-based laptop that I have actually belongs to my employer. It is currently having trouble breathing, it appears, as the fans are making odd and painful-sounding noises.

Impossible! Macs NEVER have problems!

You're obviously lying.

All computers have problems. It's a known fact.

Default Don't try to reason with Lingo

Don't try to reason with Lingo... it doesn't work. He would be better off with a typewriter instead of a computer.

That's too unfortunate about the G5... I purchased an iBook in January... I was hoping to get a new Intel Mac, but no dice... too much $$$. Those are the breaks though.
