I didnt realize it was such an inflammatory remark in these parts.

It was almost like I was Richie Cunningham and Archaea was Fonzie and I called him "bucko."

I already apologized to Archaea so hopefully he will retract his request that I self-copulate.

PS For my own edification, are there any other CB names that I should not mention?

I'm late to this and didn't read all the responses, but here's my 2 cents.

No, I will not change my party affiliation regardless of what happens to Mitt simply because I agree with the Republican philosophy of government and disagree with the Democratic party philosophy.

As disappointed and pissed off as I get with the GOP, philosophically they're still the party of limited government, personal responsibility, and individualism.

Regardless of the presence of conversavative dems, pro-gun dems, etc., they're now relegated to a fringe element of a democratic party that IMO is socialistic to its core.

The parties are actually not that far apart. You can find anti-abortion dem candidates. Pro-gun dems. Anti-gay marriage dems. Small-govt. dems.

It would be too bad if the dem party in Utah in particular can't capitolize on this bigotry to point out that many are mindlessly cozying up to people who hate them.
Why do you say that if someone prefers a candidate who espouses a different religion than yours that they "hate" you?

I'm saying that a lot of people in the GOP hate Mormons.
