I fully support working hard and making billions. This is what makes America great.

Holmes? I thought it was Cardozo. For some reason in my mind, every New York case defaults to Cardozo.

It was Cardozo, even one such as I remember my prof lauding the writing ability of Cardozo who never again penned anything as memorable.

Question #3 is too easy, YOhio. Even a legal numbskull like me knows that one.

I looked up the Palsgraf case. Reminds me of why I didn't go into law.

But just think... You could have been the lawyer for the rail road...

If I ever go in to tort/PI litigation I want to be working for "the man."

Not only can you stick the little guy, but "the man" and his insurance company pay the bills and don't work on contingency.

My bad. That is what I get for not googling. Also, it is typical that I remember the dissent rather than the majority. I have problems.

Also, I don't have a job yet and am currently looking.
