Mark Cuban bidding for Cubs
http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2934920
This would be a fun one to watch and I think he'd be good for MLB. I'd love to see Bud Selig get his hat handed to him by Cuban. |

Peter Gammons said today on Mike & Mike in the morning that both Selig and Jerry Reinsdorf will likely block Cuban from owning the cubs. Reinsdorf apparently has told David Stern on a number of occasions that Cuban has ruined the NBA and that he (reinsdorf) told Stern he shouldn't have let him in in the first place.

I can understand a concern about free agency in a sport with no Salary cap, but with the Mariners at the ready to give Ichiro $20 million and Arod's agent seeking 30 million for him...I'd say that concern is there with or without cuban.
