I would have a hard time arguing that no team should be allowed in the TDF at this point.

Where do you draw the line? If you're the TDF you make it so that only French and Belgium teams with only French and Belgium riders on them are able to compete. This will make them happy.

That is still too liberal. Get rid of the 'giques and THEN you will have a race the French can live with. Don't forget, the french actually asked Belgian Eddie Merckx to skip the TdF one year becasue he was almost certain to win again and he was killing intereswt in the race in France.

and Kloden. If you take Cadel Evans at his word, he will not compete if his top competition is not there. Then if the pro teams follow through with their threats to not compete if any teams are banned, I believe I will be favored to win the prologue. I will have to drop out after that due to exhaustion though.
