Is Tom Delay really this buffoonish?
Tom Delay has sent out a letter to his supporters urging them to vote for singer Sara Evans (she is competing in Dancing with the Stars) because she is a republican and has those great american morals. Seriously. Is it just me or is that just hillarious. He gets kicked out of, errr, leaves office and now he is supporting a singer on a reality dance show. Very funny stuff: http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpu...g_with_to.html

Yes. He is really that buffoonish. But, at least he's given us something to laugh about for the weekend. Kind of scary how much power this guy used to wield isn't it? I like to imagine that the leaders of the free world don't even watch "Dancing With The Stars".

I am not sure which is more funny: the DeLay story or the response to your post on CB.

I loved the responses. Almost every response was: It was nowhere near as bad as INSERT YOUR LEAST FAVORITE DEMOCRAT. None of the regulars like exute, snipe, tex, cougarsrrrrrrrrrrrroooooollll, or any of them would even say, 'yeah, that is kinda silly.' I love how some people can't even laugh at their own political parties. http://www.cougarboard.com/noframes/...tml?id=2085283
