Default missionary work and convert baptisms

With the new missionary curriculum, our ward is looking to revamp its ward mission plan. This will mostly involve much greater ward participation in discussions and new member discussions.

Looking back over the years, most convert baptisms have been individuals (part-member families or just single people). It's been many, many years since I have seen a full family join the church, much less a middle class well-educated family.

What is your experience? How have your wards had success?

Same, I've only seen individuals get baptized. I haven't seen an entire family getting dunked at the same time since I was an missionary.
