is this a serious question? the answer is Texas by at least 17. Oklahoma would beat BYU by at least 17, and so would Florida, Alabama and USC.

You're not serious. If OSU beat USC, Utah certainly could. However, BYU has shown us nothing.
Between Utah and BYU, only one of them has played a close MWC game this year. BYU.
