I love to go camping. My parents never took me camping. They hated it. My mom considers the motel 6 yto be roughing it. I guess I did go on a few fathers sons campouts up on Mt Diablo, and I loved being able to just run around and have fun in the out of doors.

But my first real experience with camping was when right before my 14th birthday I was invited to go with the teachers to Yosemite. I had never been somewhere so beautiful in my life. We hiked up to little yosemite valley camped over night and hiked half dome the next day. It was so incredible that I was hooked.

Still when I return to Yosemite I am in awe of the beaty and feel so much better about everything.
