Well ,Israel has built a "first world country" in the middle east and has been threatened from different powers in the region,so it got to keeps its borader secure and its a proper decision politically.
Iran has let millions of Afghanistani and Iraqi refugees enter to the country ,granted them the right to work and have family and provided them plenty of facilities.although it wasnot the very right decision politically ,but it was morally inevitable .
