I'm buying 4 55gal containers for water. That will leave me with 220 gallons of water.

Should be enough for a short-term thing.

Anyone else storing water?

We store about half that much. And two good quality water filters (we live near a river).

We do the water filter thing as well. Pool in the backyard and lakes across the street. Plus a ton of 2-liter bottles.
