I've had to take 12 weeks off of running for healing from itb syndrome. It's been very frustrating to say the least. I ran today for the first time and was pain free. Granted, it was only a mile and a half at a blistering 7:58 pace, but hey, that's a start.

well, that's cool!
I waited until 10 to run today. Mistake. Oh my gosh it's hot.
Why can't we have spring here like in normal places?
We go straight from 50* to 85* with maybe a two week monsoon-like spring. argh.

That sounds a lot like Norcal except we go from 60 to 90. But you guys have humidity right? Thankfully, we have very little of that as we reach temps well into the 100's for much of the summer (a toasty 96 today).
