Self-imposed journey of introspection. I have the occasional contribution to friends-only posts and boardmails, but that's it. It might be permanent, it might not. While my record over there is shockingly clean (no more than one or two penalties), I'm appalled at the rule enforcement. It's obviously subjective and based on poster rather than content.

In fact, it's partly because my record is so clean that I'm mad. I'm not looking for street cred, but I've been accused by multiple parties of being the "golden boy" over there because I never get dinged for anything ever. The longest ban I ever had was one I requested.

Hmmm...truthfully I've never seen you post anything over there that I thought warranted a penalty. Granted I've been a bit out of the loop over the last 6 months, what with the restricted access at work and all.

There's a lot of innuendo and personal attacks that aren't really attacks solely by reason of the wording. I automatically build myself in an argument against it, so on a strictly textualist reading of the rules I'm safe. But they're not enforced with anything close to a textualist reading (or really a reading at all) and so it's perplexing that I don't get more penalties. The only explanation I have is that there's a "bad" list to be on and I'm not on it. Yet.

I have generally followed the rules (hence I don't have "troublemaker" status).

But that hasn't prevented Jefe from trying to shut me down.
