Did you hear about that new breakthrough in battery technology? Apparently it has the potential to drastically increase the work-time of laptops and driving distance of electric cars. It might even make electric cars able to run efficiently without looking like a deoderant can or 50's sci-fi.

Which breakthrough? I've heard of several. If you are talking about the latest lithium thing they are trumpeting, yes I've heard of it.

Just for future reference, you can pretty much assume that when you have heard of something, I have heard of it as well.
