Default Mike, have you seen this?

First, Montana. Now Texas and Utah are following in kind. This is good news and if those who claim to believe in the Constitution really do believe in it, they will support this as well.

I knew about the Montana thing weeks (?) ago. I heard about Utah and Texas in the last few days.

Anything that will prevent the federal government from abridging the citizens rights as stated in the Constitution is a good thing. Here's to it happening and spreading into other states as well.

What's the big deal? This has always been an option for every single kind of product out there. The issue is that almost never, in today's society, is anything purely manufactured in one state just to then also remain purely in that state. To the extent that something is, the Commerce Clause would not apply (this has been resolved forever).

I'm looking forward to my own Texas-made full-auto carbine.

If I take the firearm with me that I own across state lines if I move, how is that commerce if I don't resell?
