I enjoy watching "The Biggest Loser", and it always reminds me that a lot of times, behind the obesity is someone who is really hurting inside. I've tried to be better at not taking pot shots at overweight people, but I fail occasionally.

I think it is great when people decide to change their lives and their habits and drop the weight...but it has to be their decision.

Oh, and I'm probably not as skinny as the average Japanese women (or as short), so that could be bad in Mike's book as well.
