I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. The way we underfund the treatment of the mentally ill.

It's very hard to predict the action of the mentally ill. Treatments are only "ok" at best. And it's not a cause that anyone really gets behind. Other than big pharma. Look at all the stuff we do for cancer in comparison.
