Default It's Palin, and a question for LDS

How can LDS support McCain now? Palin has a four month old child with Down's Syndrome and five children. Isn't this an affront to your faith? See Ms. Beck's speach.

How odd. SU, having abandoned the faith of this fathers, still views everything through an LDS prizm. Fascinating.

Can't we just get along?

When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.

Is this a secular humanist board? I just think that if you are linear and true to your principles this has got to be a total mind blast for you. Your world is upside down, if you are a man of principle.

Where in your history with The Saints did you ever hear anyone tell you that you could only vote for people seeking public office that abided by all Mormon dictates and cultural norms? Your point is without foundation.

Besides, she's an Idaho girl. She's good with me.

This is an interesting example of pop culture subconsciously seeping into common parlance (or written word, as the case may be).

MBN meant to say "prism," but he used the spelling, "prizm," made popular by the Geo sedan of the early 90s.

While not picking on MBN for his error, I still feel that it is my CVCC duty to point it out.

It's an insoluble conflict. What better example could there be than this that much of what you hear from the pulpit is unrnealistic, atavistic, illogical, narrow and extreme. Sister Beck is erased. I LOVE AMERICA!

Polish up your act. I am responding because people have told me how intelligent you are and quite frankly this type of dig is dissapointing. Not the dig, but that you are so predictable and they are poorly done.

I am not knocking you, just asking you to "raise the bar". I know you can.

I think SU's problem is that he's been "raising the bar" all too often.
