Default Air Conditioning Help!

We have an air conditioning unit that is freezing up on the pipes. I have tried to insulate it better...I just cleaned the air filters, but when my AC runs, the pipes slowly get to a point where they freeze and the air conditioning stops. Any ideas or suggestions on what would be causing it?

Check to see if the evaporator coil is dirty.

Thanks for the links and the suggestions. I will check to see if the coil is dirty as well.
