RC Vikings is on a distinguished road
Default Arch did you do your 200 miles spring ride?

I would have made it about a forth of the way.

Eleven year old father sons was that weekend.

I can do about a hundred and that's it. More than one fifty and I"m dead.

Right now i'm doing a new routine.

Fridays big ring, Saturdays spin and hills, and Sundays intervals, with some intervals sprinkled throughout the week. I'm still low mileage only a hundred to one fifty.
