Interesting. I remember taking Bio 130 from Crandall. This was the same time that the Ensign was doing their monthly article on OT prophets I believe and the one on Noah was just released. Somehow the class discussion turned to the flood. When he stated that he believed the flood to be localized there were actual moans from the class. Then he restated his position by explaining that he was not LDS. He seemed to lose all credibility with the class after that point. It was sad.
