I'll also note to you that on the 2nd (shorter) test that was posted, I scored dead center. I'll even post my answers to the questions if you want proof.

But then again, I suppose it's easier to say someone else has extremists views than accept the possibility you harbor some yourself.
I find that interesting because one way to be dead center in the second test would be to not really commit to any position and that doesn't seem to be you. I guess another way would be to be one extreme on some of the questions and the opposite extreme on others.

I am at a loss as to how so many show up to the left of me on the Authoritarian scale. I am actually dumfounded about several of you showing up to the left of me.

I have taken heat for my stance on the honor code and it's enforcement at BYU. I have taken heat for trying to distinquish between counsel from the brethern and actual commandments. I could go on, but it just seems odd to me that I show up as more of an authoritarian than a lot of you.

Maybe I don't understand what it means to be an authoritarian. Is BYU actually a prime example of authoritarian rule or do I not understand the meaning of the word.

In other words, the test is biased.

Tell me again what you don't like about the Republican party. That was fun.

I'd have to see your answers, but if you were strong on punishment but did not question authority you would be seen as authoritarian. We didn't know you were a mullah in sheep's clothing.

It has more to do with generational ideology IMO ... we should plot what generations we belong to.

71 could possibly be of the Silent Generation (athoritarian)

Archea, Seattle, Creekster are Baby Boomers (revolutionaries)

The majority of posters, like me, are Gen X'ers (anti-authority slackers)

And we likely have a few Generation Y'ers (Y must I, Y won't you do it for me)

Sounds like an objective analysis to me.

I've always wanted to be a revolutionary.
