When I took one of these a few years ago I was nearly dead center. Ten years ago I would have been way right Economically and towards the top Socially. The older I get the more liberal I get--or maybe the more moderate I get. I call it wisdom.

In college I was trained to view the world extremely conservatively financially, but after years in the corporate world I see the excesses and the need for checks in the system.

I was raised to be a self righteous hard line thinking conservative socially. With more life experience I value more the virtue of tolerance.

Hate to break it to you, Lebowski, but I took the exam about a year ago (give or take) and only emailed my results privately to Tim. At the time I had no intention of posting them, and thus had no ulterior motive to play games.

I'll also note to you that on the 2nd (shorter) test that was posted, I scored dead center. I'll even post my answers to the questions if you want proof.

But then again, I suppose it's easier to say someone else has extremists views than accept the possibility you harbor some yourself.
