I think you're probably right, I've noticed a couple pound bump after a beer bender weekend. Nothing but whiskey for this cat from now on. I'm on a diet damnit.

193 up two pounds. Saturday at the bike race I got there at three and didn't get out of there until nine. By that time I was starving and couldn't get enough food in me so I just kept eating. I'm very confident that I could gain ten pounds over a week end with a little bit of effort.

I hear ya, man. I was on vacation last week and came back 3 pounds heavier than when I left. And this was with us camping and only eating out once all week. A couple of trips to Claimjumpers and I could easily double that amount.

I weighed myself this morning so I could join in the thread. I am 159 lbs. of awesome sexiness. The same weight I've been at for oh, the past 2 years, I guess.

I'm not sure, but your wife said I was taller than you.

I'm thinking I need someone/something to check in to. So forgive me--I know these can be really annoying, but I'm going to check in with cougarguard. If you don't care, skip it, put me on ignore, whatever.

Right now, I weigh 209.8 (24.5 % BF according to my little impedance scale). By the Snow Canyon half-marathon on Nov 9, I'm going to weigh 190 (my weight on my wedding day), which amounts to about 1 lb/week.

Anyone else want to check in?
Today's weight: 203.0 (23.5% BF)
Total loss over 4 weeks: 6.8 lbs.

Kind of a slow-losing week, but I'm still on track without really changing much.

195 today. I'm not doing well these last two weeks. I suffered some major cycling burn out this past week and only got in 90 miles. I need to make a big push again so hopefully this next two weeks will be better.

Thats crazy. I just checked my mileage log the other day. June and July were easily my biggest months of the year. June was just under 400 miles, July was 350. I would be thrilled to get 90 miles in a week.

Did getting fried at the crit a couple of weeks ago have anything to do with it?
