Default Getting old sucks

so this morning I ran five miles at seven minute pace and followed it up with a couple hours of cycling at race pace. Now, I'm supposed to take son lifting after Church, but I feel tired. Getting old sucks. But I must press forward to set the example.

5 miles at 7:00 pace is pretty good, especially followed by the biking. I think that would make most people tired.
