Nice to hear you're okay. We faired very well; the storm went east of us. I have seen the reports on the mall. Scary.

Yikes! We didn't live too far from the Hickory Ridge Mall. And my favorite restaurant anywhere just so happens to be across from the mall. I hope it's OK. Glad to hear you and myboy are safe.

More weather coming in the next 30-45 minutes. The video of the mall area is amazing, trucks turned upside down, roofs off buildings, gas stations smashed, and all. Sadly they have reported two deaths and several injuries.

The weirdest thing is the sirens and the Big Brother voice telling people to seek cover.

I was just going to say, it's been still for the past two hours, and a few minutes ago suddenly the sirens began blaring, and about five seconds later my apartment building was hit with a strong wind.

Here we go again.

I'm supposed to drive to Little Rock in the morning to evaluate several multi-story dwellings. I wonder if they'll still be standing?

Yeah, the sirens are going here.

They reported trucks overturned on 40 up near Jackson. I wonder if the same thing happened over in Arkansas.
