How much weight have you lost total? I can't believe you have lost 21 pounds in less than 40 days. Wow. Do you do any weight training to go along with your running?

No weight training, but I'll be adding it in. It comes down eating better (1500-1700 calories/day, lots of fruits and veggies, not eating any sugar) and running an hour to 1.5 hours/day (with my weight that is almost always 1200 calories).

Down 24.8 lbs since Dec 1. So I'm 236.2 lbs. All the clothes in my closet fit again.

That's wonderful. What is your ultimate goal?

I'm gunning for sub 200. Anything lower than 200 is just frosting on the cake.

That is awesome. You know how you said you could never run fast. I bet if you keep losing this and keep running you could run a sub 8:00 mile at least. The only way to get faster is to run faster.

That is awesome man. I lost 40 lbs last year. Since getting married 5 months ago I have gained 17. So I bought my wife a membership at 24 Hour for Christmas and now we work ou daily. Since the 2nd week of the new year I have dropped 5 pounds. I keep hovering around 265 so I need to be stricter with my diet. I also need to start lifting again as I have only been hitting the treadmill doing 4-5 miles a day and playing basketball 3 days a week (I'll walk for an hour still on these days). My goal is 225. I am hoping to get there by July when I go to Hawaii.

Diet and working out go hand in hand.
