The minimum prison term is 6 years, unless the judge breaks statute. His attorney argued he is a first time offender and should be treated mercifully.

Any race riots on the horizon?

I wouldn't think so. Sounds pretty simple: he's going to prison. I'll be curious to hear how he does in there. I'm sure we'll see the tell-all in a few years.
