This story is a couple of years old, but came to my attention because my former Juvenile Justice professor stated that one of the men tried to bring a lawsuit against the girl for malicious battery, because she didn't warn any of them that they might contract AIDS if they continued raping her.

The suit was dismissed during the early Pleading stages on several levels, most notably due to capacity.

I dug and dug around Lexis trying to find the name of the attorney who took his case, but to no avail.
