there is only one reason that Sotomayor should not be appointed to the SCOTUS is her non-support of the 2nd Amendment. Her refusal to answer Senator Coburn's question and tell us her personal opinion on the 2nd Amendment is very telling: she doesn't believe in self-defense.

And your Honor, are you stupid or have you really never heard of DC v. Heller?!?

Her hatred of self-defense is in the first 5 minutes or so. Coburn then goes after her inconsistency regarding foreign law and US law.
